This contains the recommended layout of the space – furniture, media walls, kitchen, dining, bedrooms etc…

This contains the recommended layered lighting configuration for downlighters, plaster in lights, led strip lighting, wall lights, chandeliers etc…

3) Electrical Layout Plan (Socket and Switches). 

This contains the recommended socket and switch layout, examples include master switches, types of switches and finishes, types of sockets and finishes, socket, locations covering everything from kitchen to bedroom etc..

4) Safety/Security Sensor/blinds Layout Plan (heat sensors, alarm sensors etc..)

This contains the recommended configuration for heat, carbon monoxide, smoke sensors and detectors, security sensors for windows and rooms, power supply for blinds, security cameras etc….

5) Plumbing Layout Plan (radiators etc..)

This contains the recommended configuration for radiator positions, underfloor heating, towel radiators, plumbing recommendations for boilers and water supply pressure etc…
